• Push notification tokens to deliver alerts and refresh widgets.

• Provide and operate the Services, including displaying workouts in your feed, widgets, and share flows.
• Show your workouts to friends you approve and show their workouts to you.
• Send notifications related to workouts, friend requests, and other app events.
• Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Services and comply with legal obligations.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information as follows:

• With your friends: Workouts you share are visible to friends you approve. You control who sees your workouts by managing your friend list.
• With service providers: We use vendors for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, and notifications. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
• For legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the Services.
• Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your Choices and Controls

You can update your profile, manage your friends list, and delete workouts or your account at any time in the app. You can also control notification permissions in your device settings.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal reasons.
