By accessing or using Sporties (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Sporties. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Use of the Services

Sporties is a workout sharing app that allows you to share workouts with friends. You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose and not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt to access them in unauthorized ways.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Services.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as workouts, captions, and photos). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share that content with your approved friends and to operate the Services.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to share any content you submit.

Sharing and Visibility

Workouts you share are visible to friends you approve. You control your friend list and can remove friends or delete workouts at any time.

Third-Party Services

If you choose to connect third-party services or devices, those services may provide data to Sporties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Sporties is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing a fitness program.

Paid Features

If we offer paid features, additional terms may apply and will be presented at the time of purchase.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably determine it is necessary to protect users or the Services. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by other means. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Fellows s.r.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
